  • 1/2 Banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Heaping Tablespoon NaturAlmond Maple Caramel Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Flax Seed (optional)
  • All Natural Honey, to drizzle (optional)
  • Optional: nuts, dried fruit, other spices, extra sweetener
