Homemade Granola with NaturAlmond    
 
Yield: 2 Cups
 
Ingredients:
4 Tbsp. All Natural Honey
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon                                               
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Gluten Free Oats
Optional: Nuts, Coconut, Dried Fruit, etc.
 
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and spray a cooking sheet with coconut oil spray
2. Combine almond butter and honey in a bowl and melt in 15 second intervals in the microwave, stirring between each interval
3. Stir cinnamon and vanilla into the almond butter and honey mixture
4.  Add oats and stir until all ingredients are covered evenly
5.  Spread oat mixture onto cookie sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until granola is slightly browned.  Make sure you watch it very closely, as it can burn fairly easily
6.  Remove from oven and allow to cool completely until granola is crunchy
