Spicy Thai Almond Butter Dressing 


Spicy Thai Dressing


  • 1/2 cup NaturAlmond almond butter

  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth  

  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce  

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger  

  • 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice  

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic  

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper chili flakes (add more or less depending on the level of spice desired)  

  • 1 shallot, peeled

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar


  • Place all ingredients in VitaMix or high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Dressing can be made 1 day ahead of time, and will keep 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.   Goes well with just about anything for an Asian flare!

    Yield: about 1 1/4 cups
